Police appeal for information on missing Glenrothes woman

Police in Glenrothes are appealing for information to help trace a woman reported missing on Monday (August 29).

Holly Fitzwater was last seen on Wednesday, August 24 in Alexander Road in Glenrothes.

Since then the 26-year-old has not been in contact with friends or family and officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

Holly is described as being 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with shoulder-length brown hair.

She is known to have connections in Leven, Methil and Kirkcaldy.

Officers are now asking anyone with information that can help them to trace Holly to get in touch.

Sergeant Chris Mutter of Glenrothes police station said: “We are keen to trace Holly and ensure she is safe and well.

“I would appeal to anyone who may have seen her or who knows her whereabouts to please get in touch.”
