Police not at fault in collision with pedestrian in Kirkcaldy
The incident occured on Thursday, April 28 around 12.30pm in the town’s East Fergus Place.
It has been confirmed that the man suffered only minor injuries and has been discharged from hospital.

Hide AdIn a statement, local Inspector Graeme Neill said: “After speaking with a number of independent witnesses and carrying out a robust collision investigation at the scene we are satisfied that the driving practises of the officer involved were appropriate.
“Our inquiries into this matter have now concluded and no further action will be taken.
“Fortunately, the male pedestrian has since been discharged from hospital having received treatment for minor injuries.”
