An application for the change of use in Pettycur Road, Kinghorn, has been lodged with Fife Council.

It was submitted by Paul Skinner, of Pettycur Bay.

The documents lodged show plans for a two-bedroom home, with balcony to the rear, on the site of the derelict loos.
