The studio home will incorporate rewneable technologies which will offer sustainable heat recovery, clean ventilation, solar to battery energy, waste water heat recovery and air to heat, whole house power.

Natural sustainable power hopes to provide the build with a clean air environment, free energy and low carbon output.

Stuart King, architect for the proposed developement, said the site “could potentially become a hub of creativity and modern living while offering a platform for architectural research and development through construction and technology.”

The proposed development is the final part of a small cluster of properties in the area- The Coach House, Falfield Lodge, East and Neuk Lodges- which look to welcome more people into the Fife Countryside.

Councillors will consider the plans later this year.
