A popular East Neuk hotel has been put up for sale.

The Crusoe Hotel in Lower Largo has been put on the market, with Colliers International is inviting offers of over £900,000.

The original stone building of the Crusoe includes 16 modern en-suite letting bedrooms, as well as two bars, a lounge and the Castaway restaurant.

Alistair Letham, a director in the UK hotels agency team at Colliers International, said: “With the hotel’s location on the harbour quayside, in the favoured East Neuk of Fife and close to St Andrews, the Crusoe Hotel’s availability is a wonderful opportunity to purchase a well-established and popular business.”
