Hide AdMrs Baker said: “The meeting was an opportunity for those concerned about antisocial behaviour on motorised vehicles to get round the table and try and find a solution. It is clear that the problem in Kirkcaldy is escalating and following my campaign in Levenmouth it is important that we all work together to replicate the success we had there in tackling such behaviour.”
As part of Operation Fireblade, local officers have successfully traced and charged four Kirkcaldy men for road traffic offences between late May and August 2016.
Jimmy Adamson, community sergeant for Kirkcaldy, said: “I would encourage the public to continue reporting instances of illegal use of and antisocial behaviour by either contacting Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”
