Fife Council will be carrying out roadworks on the A915 south of St Andrews from June 1, for three weeks.
To undertake these works safely, HGV traffic will be restricted from Priorletham Smithy to the C41 Lathockar, between 9.30am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday. A signed diversion route for HGV traffic will be displayed.
Temporary traffic signals and a convoy vehicle will be used for non HGV traffic during the working day.
Access for the emergency services will be maintained during the works. Passenger and school bus services will operate as usual, but expect delays.
The Council has apologised for any inconvenience and delay caused by these works, and says it will try to keep disturbance to a minimum.
