A little bit of folk ‘n’ roll is heading to the Byre Theatre in St Andrews.
Scocha hit town for the very first time on Saturday, May 16 - and promise a night that meshes rock and roll with the very best of Scottish folk.
The group, who hail from the Borders, have established themselves on the Scottish circuit and cultivated a fan base of all ages.
They have been playing for 20 years, starting out initially as duo comprising of Ian Scott and Davie Chapman.
Since then drums, electric guitars and bass have all been added to flesh out their sound as they deliver a set of well-known Scottish songs such as ‘Caledonia’ and ‘Wild Mountain Thyme.’
They also serve up a number of foot-stomping songs during their live sets.
Scocha have built up strong fan bases in the USA, Canada and across Europe, and now they finally make their St Andrews debut.
