It was a weekend of Halloween hijinks across Levenmouth and beyond ahead of the main event this Friday.
There were high winds on Sunday, but that didn’t prevent visitors from having lots of fun at CLEAR Buckhaven’s Halloween-themed open day at its Growing Space.
There with lots of scary activities on offer, including pumpkin carving and the obligatory apple dookin’. Allen Armstrong, CLEAR secretary, thanked the public for a good turn out and offered his thanks also to Tesco for providing the pumpkins.
Along the coast in north east Fife, Halloween arrived early at Kellie Castle where a spooktacular evening of frights, thrills and fun took place on Friday.
Those who were brave enough were treated to a spooky tour of the darkened castle, while locals of a more nervous disposition gathered to hear scary stories of days gone by.
And at Silverburn, the October break came to an end with a fun scavenger hunt around the park, organised by Fife Employment Access Trust. For future events, search ‘Silverburn: Heart, Mind and Soul’ on Facebook.
