The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for tomorrow evening right through the night into Wednesday.

While temperatures in central Fife are expected to hit 21 degrees celsius during the day, thunderstorms that start out over Northern Ireland look likely to hit the Kingdom around teatime, with heavy rain overnight and into Wednesday.

Temperatures will remain high, reaching 20 degrees celsius in the afternoon, but there is the risk of thunderstorms.
