Man injured in early morning crash on main Fife road

A man in hospital after a motorcycle crash this morning.

The incident happened on the Standing Stane Road between the Lang Toun and Leven, around 7:45 am

Police attended the scene of the one vehicle accident, and confirmed that the 63-year old was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for further treatment.

His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

The incident sparked some traffic delays as officers attended.
