Two men charged over Lochgelly armed robbery
Police in Fife have arrested and charged two men, aged 25 and 36, following an armed robbery in Lochgelly at the weekend.
The incident took place at a flat on Melville Street around 2pm on Sunday.
Detective Inspector Des FitzGerald said: “I want to reassure the local community that an imitation firearm has been recovered.
“I also want to thank the people of Lochgelly for their assistance with our investigation.”
The men are expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court today.
