The Lee O’Brien Solvent Trust (LOST) has made an appeal for more volunteers ahead of its AGM on November 6.

As a charity, LOST relies on the dedication of volunteers to put its message, ‘Solvent Abuse Kills’, out into the local community and volunteers are given the opportunity to design and run their own campaigns and come up with their own ideas on how to get the message out.

Training is provided in various aspects, from marketing and fundraising to facilitation and mediation.

Training is also provided for all volunteers in Volatile Substance Abuse (Solvent Abuse) so that they have the information and confidence to speak about and raise awareness of the topic.
