Flurry of snow brings wintry return for Spring in Fife

The temperature dropped as early morning sunshine gave way to a flurry of flakes.

Kirkcaldy was one of the towns which turned white for a short spell, and even the town centre at the waterfront was hit.

Elsewhere there were reports of sun, snow and hail, sparking a number of comments on social media.
