Hide AdBut all three – in common with other former banks across central Scotland also going under the hammer – have a tenure which lists a host of possible uses which are barred.
These include bookmakers, pawnbrokers, bars and sex shops.
The former banks can’t be used for the sale of firearms or any form of gambling ... and no other bank or building society!
The Leven building comes with its own car parking, and accommodation over two floors.
The former branch in Newburgh is a B listed building complete with a small garden area.
