Willie Rennie wins north-east Fife

The Scottish party leader defeated the SNP’s Rod Campbell on a night when the nationalists all but swept the boards.
Mr Rennie delivered a solid majority of 3465 to give the Lib Dems control once again in one of their traditional heartlands.
He polled 14,928 votes.
Campbell, who swept home in the 2011 election, took 11,463.
The constituency was one of the Lib Dems’ target seats.
