Woman arrested after substance thrown at police in Fife


Police in Fife were attacked after being called out following a report of racial abuse yesterday (Thursday).
While in attendance at the incident in Lomond Crescent, Dunfermline, at around 2pm, a substance was thrown at three officers and paramedics were called.
The officers did not sustain any injury and there is no risk to the wider public.
The incident came to a peaceful conclusion at around 8.20pm and a woman has been arrested in connection with this matter.
