Woman in hospital after being hit by van in Kirkcaldy
A woman is in hospital after being hit by a van at a busy junction in Fife.
The incident happened earlier this morning in Kirkcaldy, on the junction with Links Street, where Pratt Street ends and Bridge Street begins.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed the incident, saying: “Around 10.20am we received reports of a crash on Pratt Street at its junction with Bridge Street involving a van and a pedestrian.
“A 60-year-old woman has been taken to Victoria Hospital.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
