Woman injured in crash at St Andrews Old Course

A woman has been taken to hospital after a crash involving two cars near the historic Old Course at St Andrews.

Police confirmed that they were called to the area at around 1.45pm today after the incident, which involved a Vauxhall Golf and a Jaguar.

Officers say that a woman has been taken to hospital.

Emergency services are on the scene, and Gibson Place has been sealed off.
