Here’s how to get a free Christmas jumper from McDonald’s

With December nearly here and temperatures plummeting, it’s more important than ever to wrap up warm.

This winter, McDonald’s is giving away more than 2,000 Christmas jumpers for free. Here’s how to get your hands on one.

What does a McDonald’s Christmas jumper look like?

The jumper comes in a dark green colour and features a white outline of a reindeer, surrounded by other festive icons - a robin, snowflakes, a snowman and, of course, a bauble with the McDonald’s logo on it.

How to enter

The best part of the competition is that it’s entirely free to enter and you can do so online in no time at all.

In order to enter the draw, you’ll need to head to McDonald’s ‘reindeer ready’ website.

From there, you’ll need to select your country of residence - either the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.

Then you’ll be asked to fill out a few details about yourself:

In the UK, there are 530 medium, 735 large and 735 extra large jumpers up for grabs. In the Republic of Ireland, there are 130 medium, 185 large and 185 extra large jumpers.

After that, you need to state that you’re over 18 and that you accept the terms and conditions.

You’ll need to enter into the competition by 5 December 2019 to be in with a chance of winning a jumper.

Who can enter

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over from the UK and ROI. Unfortunately, employees of McDonald’s are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.

You can only enter into the competition once and must do so by 11:59pm on 5 December.

The winners will be selected within 24 hours of the closing date. The prizes will be automatically posted to the winners’ listed addresses and will not be notified in advance that they have won a jumper.
