Who Wants To Be A Millionaire is looking for new contestants - here’s how to apply
Having a million pounds in the bank is something most of us can only dream of, but ITV are currently offering a chance to win the jackpot live on TV.
A brand new series of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? is making its return and a fresh batch of knowledgeable contestants are wanted to take part.

The popular game show, hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, sees contestants put their brain power to the test through a series of questions, earning hefty sums of money for each correct answer.
If you are sharp enough to make it through the preliminary round of ‘fastest finger first’, you will have a chance at playing the main game and attempt to answer 15 questions correctly to win the ultimate £1 million prize.

While the game is a test of general knowledge, contestants are allowed a few pointers to help them on the way, if met with a particularly troublesome questions.

Hide AdContestants can turn to the audience for help, who cast a vote for what they think is the correct answer from their seats, or opt for ‘50:50’ which eliminates two wrong answers from the question, leaving one correct and one incorrect answer to choose from.
Alternatively, contestants can phone a friend for help, who will then be given 30 seconds to give their answer to the question.
