Nostalgia: A big catch at Pittenweem
It's amazing what you can land off the coast of Fife!
This picture from the East Fife Mail’s archives shows a huge porbeagle shark brought in by fishermen in Pittenweem.
It was landed at the harbour, and taking a look are Jackie Popay and 18-month old Rose from Bath, Somerset.
The date of the catch is unknown.
