Nostalgia: Beattie banishes the summer blues in Kirkcaldy

TV presenter Johnny Beattie was in the Lang Toun to open the Victoria Hospital’s summer fete in 1987.

Despite the miserable weather an incredible £25,000 was raised for an eye laser appeal fund.
