New-look Avens store offers bigger, better range and special offers at grand opening event

New and extended ranges of fresh food and drink are being offered to shoppers after the refit of the popular Avens store at Overton Road, Kirkcaldy.
But it’s still keeping the traditional values of offering quality produce at the store which has served its local community since 1933.
The convenience store now has better accessibility for everyone after a major investment investment, as well as over 200 trusted, quality Co-op products which customers know and like.
Together with buying direct from suppliers, that will help to keep costs down when customers stock up on the essentials.
Offers and discounts at celebration
To celebrate the new-look store, call in for the grand opening event with a ribbon cutting at 1pm on Saturday 16th November.
Meet the mascot for Raith Rovers, as well as Kirkcaldy MSP David Torrance.
The first 200 shoppers through the door after 1pm will receive a free bag of goodies and there will be free burgers for as long as they last from 1-2pm.
Look out for special one-day discounts which will also be available in-store.
New bakery, meat and fish ranges
As part of the refit, shoppers can also enjoy new and extended ranges all of the time!
Award-winning Tom Courts butchery meat, C Sinclair fresh and ethically sourced fish, Graham’s dairy products and Ivan wood & Sons fruit and vegetables all mean that you know where your food and drink comes from.
The instore bakery is also bigger and better, offering high-quality rolls, wraps and sandwiches. Seasonal extras, such as freshly made soup, are also available.
Now fully open
The Avens story is now fully open from 5.30am - 10pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 7am - 10pm on Sundays.
The Post Office is open from 6.30am - 9pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 7.30am - 9pm on Sundays.
