Clubs combine for charity effort
A combined team of LLV and Falkland Trail Runners comprising Lynn Smith, Fiona Ritchie, Wendy Mitchell, Annie Gibson and Linda Barton made the trip to Edinburgh for The Pretty Muddy Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research.
The group made light work of the tricky course having raised over £250 for the charity.
At St Andrews and Kirkcaldy parkruns Peter Rieu-Clark set his eighth pb of the year with clubmates Matt Holden, Tam Cullen, Becky Oakenfull, Ross Johnston and John Kay also gaining pbs.
Members also showed up well at the Scottish Half Marathon in Edinburgh.
At the ever popular Pitlochry 10k on Sunday runner took advantage of the conditions to finish off a busy and eventful weekend.
