Danny Stewart leaves Fife for Coventry return
The appointment brings to an end his five year association with Fife Flyers - and comes just weeks after he formally retired as a player.
It also marks a return to the Midlands for Stewart who was part of Coventry’s EIHL championship winning teams.

Hide AdHe iced with them between 2006 and 2009, and now has the huge task of revitalising the club after it struggled badly last season.
Stewart replaces Chuck Weber who parted company with the club this week.
Todd Dutiaume paid tribute to his coaching partner who helped to build Fife’s first ever EIHL team and worked with him across each of the past five seasons.
“We have forged an excellent working relationship and Danny’s knowledge, advice and work ethic will sure be missed,” he said.

Flyers now have to find a new assistant coach as well as an on-ice leader as they begin to build a team for the new season which gets underway in September.
