Fife Flyers are staging their first late skate of the season this weekend.

It takes place on Saturday after the first ever conference game against Manchester Storm.

The players will return to the ice straight after the final buzzer to skate with fans, pose for pictures and sign autographs.

Tickets for the event cost £4 with free skate hire.

They are on sale at the game and during the period breaks.

The visit of Storm brings a brand new team to the ice rink, although Fife have strong ties to the Altrincham based club’s predecessors, the Aces, stretching back to the 1960s.

The game starts at 7.15 p.m. with the late skate after the buzzer expected to attract a huge number of fans.
