Owen is one of three listed for netminder of the year, along with Ben Bowns (Cardiff) and Ervins Mustokovs from Sheffield.
The Fife shot-stopper was widely regarded as one of the very best in the league, and last weekend received the Fife Free Press’ Mirror of Merit trophy – the traditional ‘player of the year’ award for the club which dates back to the 1950s.
The award winners will be revealed after Sunday’s third-fourth place play-off match.
