Club co-ordinator Daniel Mason said: “After fighting his way back in to the Dundee United team and earning his seventh start of the season, Louis opened the scoring in Tayside derby against St Johnstone, followed by an assist for the second goal.
“Louis began with AM Soccer at the clubs after school sessions at Falkland Primary School, before showing an interest in team football.
“It was from there he progressed on to the next steps of the clubs pathway by experiencing opportunities at different professional academies, which included a four day trial at Italian giants AS Roma, as well as the men’s first team as a 17 -year-old.

“He’s shown fantastic resilience to get to where is today and what he’s already achieved sends a message that the sky is the limit, and they should never give up.
“We’re sure he’ll go on to enjoy even more success in his career and look forward to seeing where his talent takes him.
“It’s a very proud moment for our club, and we’re sure it was a very special one for Louis and his family.”
