AM went in search of the next goal and it duly arrived on 30 mins when a long throw was poorly nodded out as far as Lawson, who guided a left foot shot into the corner of the net.

The AMsoccer players knew that Fossoway would rally in the second period and it was up to them to compete and produce another strong half.

AM will feel they had chances to clear their lines but the ball was fired into the net for 2-2 and game on.

It would be from a 91 st minute set play of their own that AMsoccer would lose the match.

The ball was headed clear, releasing Sneddon, who went on a run through the middle of the pitch, making up 60 yards before firing past Pratt into the top corner.
