Another win for Kirkcaldy & Dysart

The hosts started on the front foot straight away putting the visitors under pressure, but the closest they came to scoring was a long range effort from Ricki Cooper which was just too high.
On 10 minutes Kirkcaldy should have opened the scoring when after excellent play down the right, John Smith was clean through but his weak shot was easily saved by the keeper.

This shocked the hosts into further pressure and efforts from both Chris Ireland and Kieran Johnston were comfortably saved again.
On 57 minutes young Smith took a great pass from Ryan McGowan was one on one with the keeper again, but this time lashed his shot into the net via the post for a much deserved equaliser.
Although Kirkcaldy pressed they were not creating the chances they had in the first half, but always looked the more likely team to score next and did so in the 81st minute.

The final whistle gave Kirkcaldy another deserved win and continued their excellent form.
