Last updated: Tuesday, 09 March, 2021, 19:20

We’re at Stark’s Park for tonight’s 7pm kick off between Raith Rovers and Ayr United in the Scottish Championship.

Raith boss John McGlynn has named the same starting XI from the club’s last match - a 3-1 win over Alloa.

And the visitors...

Raith warming up ahead of kick off.

Elsewhere in the Championship...

Rovers’ opponents this Friday, Inverness Caley, are at home to Morton. Their match also kicks off at 7pm.

The teams are out...

...kick off is only moments away.

Referee Scott Lambie blows his whistle...

...Raith kick off and we’re underway!

Chance for Ayr. Michael Moffat helps the ball on to Luke McCowan but he pulls his shot wide.

A loose Ayr ball is pounced upon by Ross Matthews. He plays in Manny Duku but from a promising position he slices his shot wildly and it goes way wide.

Both sides have had a decent chance but it remains 0-0.

Davo tries a long range effort but it’s high over Viljami Sinisalo’s bar.

A neat one-two between Matthews and Brad Spencer ends with the latter trying a low shot which goes narrowly wide.

A Duku header is well saved by the Ayr number one. Rovers finding plenty of space to play in and are looking dangerous at the moment.

Ayr broke superbly after a Rovers attack broke down but captain Bendictus put in a superb last ditch block on a ball played across the Rovers six yard box.
