Aaron Lennox, who has seven caps for Australia U23s, has joined from Premiership outfit Aberdeen.
The 6ft 3in stopper featured regularly for the Dons U20 side last season, where he impressed Raith boss Gary Locke.

Hide AdLennox, 22, was formerly a youth player at QPR and played in the Asian Under-23 Championship earlier this year.
He joined his new team mates for fitness testing today at Michael Woods Centre, Glenrothes before full pre-season training begins tomorrow.
Rovers are also in talks with goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw, who missed most of last season due to injury, as manager Locke hopes to retain the out of contract 23-year-old.
However, long-serving stopper David McGurn could be set to end his eight-year relationship with the Kirkcaldy club.
The popular veteran is not part of Locke’s plans due to his part-time status, with Arbroath and Cowdenbeath interested in signing the 35-year-old.
