East Fife set for derby double header

East Fife will being their 2020/21 season with back to back derbies in the Betfred Cup.

The fixture list was announced on Monday afternoon and matched the Bayview men with Cowdenbeath at home on Tuesday, October 6 with the follow up at Raith Rovers on October 10.

Then come games against Heart of Midlothian (H) on November 10 and a trip to meet Inverness Caley on November 14.

East Fife boss Darren Young said: “It’s worked out alright.

“You know you’re going to have to play everybody and it’s good to have two derbies to look forward to to start with.

“The Hearts and Inverness games follow another month into the season which is great as well.”
