East Fife striker Nathan Austin has put pen to paper on an extended deal at the club.
The 21-year-old has been in fine form for the Methil side this season with fans fearing he may have left in the summer transfer window.
However the striker not only remained with the club, but last night pledged his future to it for another 12 months.
Speaking last night, immediately after the player had put pen to paper, manager Gary Naysmith said: “Nathan has worked very hard since the beginning of the year, and the club felt it was only right that his efforts both on and off the park should be justly rewarded.”
The contract extension will keep Nathan at Bayview Stadium until the end of the 2016/17 season.
