Four day Roma trial for Louis

AMsoccer youngster Louis Appere has recently travelled to UEFA Champions League side AS Roma where he was invited for a four day trial.

Louis started playing football with AMsoccer Club at the age of 8 years old when he attended the Falkland after school football club.

Since then he has played for the 1999 team that have won honours such as the Fife Cup, The AFYFC U16 League and the Toorie Winters Cup, before being promoted into the men’s team in the middle part of this season.

Ross Grant, an AMsoccer Club coach, said: “Louis will complete his four day trial at AS Roma and return back to Scotland with fantastic memories and experiences of living like a professional footballer of a club with huge prestige and will have helped to pave a way for AMsoccer Club players in future generations to be given this opportunity.”
