Glens need to find that killer touch once again

Glenrothes co-managers Kevin Smith and John Martin admit Saturday’s 3-1 loss to Peebles Rovers was “frustrating”.

Glens managed to restore parity after losing a goal to their visitors only for Peebles to net twice, both goals coming from the penalty spot, to win the match.

Speaking to club’s official social media channel, the managers said: “Again it was a very frustrating game for us.

“In the first half we dominated the game, having various chances and didn’t take any of them.

“At the moment we are dominating games, creating chances but we need be more ruthless turning the screw and killing games off.”
