Chairman John Sim and Director Bill Clark have launched Project Inspire, a survey via the Rovers’ website which ask fans for their views on the club’s core values.

They said: “With its special history, Raith Rovers sits at the heart of the local community, contributing to its well-being, more so than many imagine.

“It plays a part in many people’s lives – fans, players, volunteers, employees, suppliers, local businesses, along with the many kids and adults playing on the hallowed turf every week.

“As things begin to open up again, there’s a need to promote a clear vision and collective identity to grow the Rovers Family who can help build and benefit from a successful, sustainable club - providing life-long benefits and memories for many years to come.

"Our ambition is to have a set a relatively small, core set of values that will provide a clear focus for everyone connected to the Rovers’ Family.

"These values will shape the behaviours of employees, volunteers, players, supporters, community users, and our relationship with external organisations.

“The short survey – which should only take 5 minutes to complete – seeks to identify and explore what values and behaviours should form part of the Raith brand as part of a wider exercise to improve the club's overall performance.”

The deadline for submitting responses, which are completely confidential, closes on Wednesday, April 28 at 9pm.
