Forfar Athletic v East Fife - as it happened

The Fifers will be aiming for all three points all the same to remedy last Thursday night’s loss to Peterhead.
Forfar Athletic v East Fife - Live!
Team line
East Fife: Long, Murdoch, Dunlop, Steele, Watson, Denholm, Davidson, Swanson, Watt, Spence, Newton.
Subs: Hart, Fenton, McConville, Dunsmore, Allan, Dow, Healy, Brown.
5: Chance Forfar
Early sight of goal for the home side’s Fenwick but he can’t get his shot on target.
11: GOAL FORFAR!
And it’s the home side who take the early lead in the game.
Daniel Scally races in behind the East Fief defence and finds Scott Fenwick who nets.
14: GOAL EAST FIFE!
East Fife hit back almost straight away.
What a strike from Ross Davidson who lashes the ball beyond Marc McCallum from distance.
Absolute screamer.
20: What a start to the game
Two really good goals at Station Park.
Forfar’s a neat move up the park and East Fife’s was just an absolute screamer from Davidson.
24: Really open game
As you’d possibly expect with little at stake, both these sides are playing in a pretty relaxed manner with plenty of chances.
East Fife have had a penalty claim snubbed while Danny Swanson has also tried his luck.
Still goals in this game I think.
32: Game just settling down
After a really frantic and enjoyable start to the game things have just quietened down a bit.
Sides taking a bit of a breather.
38: East Fife ending the first half of the game well
The Fifers have kicked back into gear and are putting the hosts under pressure.
Watt has gone close, as have Denholm and Watson.
Really enjoyable stuff.
48: GOAL FORFAR!!
The home side start the second half in the same manner they did the first - by hitting the back of the net.
Daniel Scally again in the thick of things and he neatly finishes off a Grant Anderson delivery to beat Long.
50: GOAL EAST FIFE!
And....again just like in the first half, East Fife are behind for only a matter of minutes.
Craig Watson the supplier as he finds Stewart Murdoch.
Murdoch supplies the finish.
55: Breathless stuff
This has been some game.
Both sides playing with a freedom and just enjoying their night.
All square at Station Park 2-2.
Would imagine a few subs will start to roll on soon.
63: Chances for Forfar
Fenwick and Scally have both gone close to putting the home side into the lead again.
