Keep your standards high for Tranent test
The East of Scotland League Premier Division side, managed by former Hearts striker Calum Elliot, currently lead their division and are yet to taste defeat in their league campaign.
After trouncing East Stirlingshire 4-1 in the previous round, boss Young says his side must have the correct attitude when they go into Saturday’s cup tie.

“If we keep that level and that standard that’s what we’re looking for.
“We don’t want to make any daft mistakes or give away daft goals.
“First and foremost, can we keep that clean sheet and limit them from making crosses and putting balls into the box.

“Calum will have them well drilled, he’s played at a high level.
“I played with him at Alloa so I know what he’s like.
“He’s a nice big guy and has his side unbeaten, so we’re not taking them lightly.”
With the January transfer window now open the manager says he does expect to do some business over the next couple of weeks.

“There are one or two boys that we’re hoping to get in,” confirmed Young.
“We’re still hopeful of adding to the squad and have some irons in the fire.”
