Kirkcaldy YM announced over the weeekend that manager Andy Healy had left the club.
YM were left without a game on Saturday due to weather conditions with Healy using the opportunity to stand down from his role.
In a brief statement, the club said: “It was with regret that the club accepted the resignation of manager Andy Healy.
“Andy intimated that due to pressure of work over the immedaite future, he was unable to continue in the role of manager.
“The club will now begin the process of finding a suitable replacement.
“The club committee have agreed to advertise the vacancy, and accordingly invite applications from interested parties.”
With Thornton Hibs also having their scheduled fixture called off, the only local side in action was Dundonald Bluebell.
Montrose Roselea were inficted with their first defeat of the season as Bluebell returned to the Kingdom with all three points in a 4-2 win.
It was the home side who took the lead when goalkeeper Lennox and defender Main seemed to slip going for a long through ball.
Ben Anthony pulled Bluebell level before Meilke put them ahead.
But the hosts again pulled level until Young added another two goals.
Bluebell even had the luxury of a missed penalty kick.
It’s Scottish Cup duty this weekend for Bluebell who travel to face Cumnock.
Kirkcaldy YM host West Calder United on league business while Thornton Hibs travel to Edinburgh Utd.
