Dalkeith came from two down to snatch a last gasp winner as Thornton Hibs went down 3-2.

Thornton took the lead through Chris Ireland before he doubled his and Hibs’ tally on half time.

Dalkeith pulled one back in the 55th minute and then got level when Moriarty netted from the penalty spot in the 89th minute.

Four minutes into stoppage time, with quite literally the last kick of the game, Paul Tansey’s cross from the left fell in at the back post to earn Dalkieth all three points. This weekend Thornton host Dundee East Craigie in the Scottish Cup.

Kirkcaldy YM ground out a deserved 2-1 win over Livingston United at Denfield.

Liall Robertson put YM ahead after 57 minutes and struck again on 65 minutes to put the Kirkcaldy side on easy street.

For the remaining 20 minutes or so the YM dominated proceedings but could not add to the two goal lead.

Just before the final whistle, Livingston were awarded a penalty for an alleged offence by Barry McKinnon in the YM goal. Ross Crawford scored from the spot.

On Saturday YM play Royal Albert in the cup.

Ten man Dundonald came from behind to see off Armadale 3-2.

The hosts raced into a two goal lead before Bluebell pegged them back with Young’s counter before the same man netted again on the stroke of half time.

Main was sent off but a reshuffle with the 10 men saw Anthony put up front for the Moorside men and he scored a late winner.

Bluebell travel to Arbroath Vics in the Scottish Cup.
