New signing at Raith Rovers

Raith Rovers have bolstered their injury-hit squad with a new loan signing.

Midfielder Ethan Ross has joined from Aberdeen and will stay at Stark’s Park until the end of the season.

The 19 year old has been with the Pittodrie side since the age of 10.

A wide midfielder, Ross has already experienced football in the SPFL Championship with a loan spell at East End Park last season where he played seven games for Dunfermline.

The midfielder has joined on loan from Aberdeen.

He made his first team debut for his parent club in a January 2019 in a Scottish Cup tie v Stenhousemuir, and his SPFL Premiership debut in March of last year at Celtic Park from the bench.

In total he has featured in nine matches for Aberdeen.

He also has international experience, having been capped 10 times at U17 and U18 level for Scotland in 2017 and 2018, scoring two goals.
