Raith Rovers’ Betfred Cup ties are announced

Raith Rovers will kick off the new season with a Fife derby.

The Stark’s Park side’s first competitive game of the season will take place with a home tie in the Betfred Cup Group A against East Fife on Saturday, October 10 at 3pm.

Rovers next match will see them travel to Tynecastle to play Hearts in a match televised on Premier Sports on Tuesday, October 13 with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The next match in the competition comes nearly a month later when Rovers welcome Inverness to Kirkcaldy on Tuesday, November 10 (7.45pm KO).

Four days later Rovers will complete their final group game with another derby, this time against Fife rivals Cowdenbeath.

Kick off at Central Park is at 3pm.
