The club had planned to start selling its allocation from Stark's Park on Monday, but that is now on hold following Scottish Government advice to cancel any public gatherings in excess of 500 people.

In a statement this afternoon, Raith Rovers announced: "Due to the uncertainty of the coronavirus situation, the proposed sale of cup final tickets will not take place on Monday as originally planned.

"Further information will be issued when available."

Rovers are due to face Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Tunnock's Caramel Wafer Challenge Cup final at St Johnstone's McDiarmid Park on Saturday, March 28, however, any ban on sporting events could plunge the fixture into doubt.

There is also uncertainty over next Saturday's derby at Stark's Park between Raith and East Fife, a match which would be expected to attract a crowd of around 3000 people.
