Ray McKinnon’s first league match as manager of Raith Rovers will take place at Stark’s Park.
Rovers have been handed a home opener in the newly branded Labrokes Championship against Livingston on Saturday, August 8.
The game will provide McKinnon with an early chance to address Rovers’ poor home record against the Lions, who won 5-1 and 4-0 on their visits to Kirkcaldy last season.
In fact, the 4-0 home reverse in last season’s penultimate fixture led to the sacking of Grant Murray and subsequent appointment of McKinnon.
March Burchill’s side overcame a five-point deduction to avoid relegation on the final day of last season and have only recently had their transfer embargo lifted.
Rovers first away fixture will take place the following week with a trip to Scottish Cup runners-up Falkirk on Saturday, August 15.
The Bairns finished last season in fifth place - one position, but 10 points above Raith - while the teams shared one win each and two draws against each other.
With both clubs hoping to push for a top four place this time around, the match could provide an early insight into both club’s promotion credentials.
In the third fixture, Raith legend Danny Lennon makes a return to Stark’s Park with Alloa Athletic on Saturday, August 22, before Rovers face a tough fortnight on the road with back-to-back away games against Hibernian (Aug 29) and Rangers (Sep 5).
Other key fixtures to look out for include the Boxing Day clash at home to Alloa, the New Year match away to Hibs on January 2, while Rovers finish as they start, against Livingston, away from home on the final day of the season on Saturday, April 30.
