Star take a break from league action

Star have started their McBookie.com East Premier League season on fire and sit in a lofty fourth place.

They’re also favourites to win their clash away from home at Lochore.

Glens will make the short journey to face their opponents who have struggled so far this term.

Playing in the area’s bottom division, Lochore prop it up, taking just one point from their opening four league matches.

But it’ll be league business for Thornton Hibs who are one of the few sides not playing in the cup this weekend.

And that won’t be any disappointment to them as they aim to keep piling on the points. Thornton are sitting pretty at the summit of the McBookie.com North Division.
