Golfers get back out on the course
EdenFields Golf Club held its opening match of the 2016 summer season recently.
Six mixed teams played in the competition, the format of which included a few holes with different ways of scoring at golf including strokeplay, greensome and Texas scramble.
The players and scorers had to on their toes all the time.
The winners on the day were J Fairfield, J Miller and W Cargill with a net score of 86.2.
The runners up were J Robertson, P Veitch, V Wicks and J Christian with a score of 87.3.
Nearest the pin for the ladies on the ninth hole was won by L Smith.
