In Pictures: A night of tall tales from Fife Flyers' dressing room

It’s one year ago the Fife Free Press and Fife Flyers teamed up to launch a new Hockey Show.

The evenings at Styx in Kirkcaldy – one of the team’s sponsors – were packed with laughter and anecdotes as players and coach, Todd Dutiaume, took to the stage.

The shows were hosted by Flyers’ player Bari McKenzie, plus Ali McLaren and Allan Crow, editor of the Fife Free Press.

All the players got into the spirit of the night with a sing-song and one of Chase Schaber’s famous raps, as well as some tall tales from the dressing room.

The aim was to make the Hockey Shows a key part of the off-ice activities for the 2020-21 season which, sadly, was cancelled due to the pandemic.

But, as soon ass we are able to, we plan to get fans together again with some shows in 2021...
