Glenrothes youth Callum Foster, Team Leslie Bike Shop/Right Move Windows, extended his lead in the Scottish Cycling ‘skinny tyres’ road race series at Ingliston with another win.

His team-mate, Natalie Milne, pictured, won the women’s race and although Paul Newnham, couldn’t repeat those performances in the senior race, he also leads that series.

In other cycling events, the annual David Campbell Memorial Road Race, run by Kennoway Road Club, was held over four laps around Kennoway, Hill of Tarvit and the 20 per cent climb of Cadgers Brae.

Winner was Professional Evan Oliphant from Ben Greenwood and third was Robbie Hassan.

The Falkirk Mayday Handicap was won by Glenrothes veteran, Raymond Reidy, TLBS/RMW, who started in the secnd from last group and after catching all ahead broke away and out-sprinted his breakaway companions for a fine win.
